Primarily via to-the-trade vendors. Each year we attend Markets in High Point and Atlanta to see our favorite showrooms and find new, exciting furniture, accessory, textile and wallcovering lines. It's important to us that we know products inside-and-out before ever putting them in front of a client.
We love incorporating your existing pieces into the design, as long as it works with the overall aesthetic. Together, we will work through which pieces to keep and which to edit or relocate.
Yes, if you're willing to pay for it! Often we are sent inspiration pics from Instagram and feel obligated to point out that these rooms are typically quite expensive. So yes, we can absolutely make your Insta-worthy room, but the budget has to align.
Once an order is placed and an acknowledgement is received from the vendor, it cannot be cancelled. This is especially true for custom orders. These require time, special handling and skilled artisans to create a unique piece just for you, and for that reason manufacturers will not cancel custom orders. Stocked items can be cancelled but typically a restocking fee is charged. These fees range from 15% to 35% depending on the vendor.
Absolutely! The majority of our clients are located in the Southeast but we work with clients all over the country.
Our design aesthetic could be described as traditional and coastal inspired, but we take pride in our ability to cater to our clients’ design preferences – even when they vary from ours. Many of our clients feel a connection to our portfolio, but we are happy to speak with you regardless of your design style.
