All projects begin with a consultation. This is our chance to meet face-to-face and listen to clients share their vision for the project, discuss budget, etc. It's also our time to fully assess the space and take detailed measurements and photographs.
Typically held onsite, the design presentation is when we share all of the hard work we've done since the consultation – room layouts, furnishing and styling recommendations, as well as pricing. This meeting is also an opportunity to preview fabrics, wall coverings, paint recommendations, and other samples. We will happily make adjustments or share additional options, as requested.
Once selections are agreed upon and timelines shared based on the information we have from vendors, we proceed with placing all orders on behalf of our clients. Clients will be billed on the 1st of the month for all purchases. Please note that all special order items are final sale.
We oversee billing, timelines, shipping, and receiving/inspecting all items that ship to our warehouse. We also work in partnership with our workroom and trade partners on the fabrication and installation of custom items such as draperies, upholstery, wall coverings, and so forth. For construction, we work with trusted contractors to execute on any renovation needs.
Once items are received, the fun really happens! Depending on circumstances and overall timelines, we have the ability to install an item or two at a time or do a larger, group install. During installs, we also bring decor purchased for the project and style each space.
